already overeating my calories. today is my 200 day & i just had an M&M blizzard from DQ (as a reward from my grandma) which is 720. plus my mom is making me eat atleast a little bit of leftovers from thanksgiving dinner which is atleast another 300.
God, i'm freaking out. idk what to do. i've never been this mad at myself for overeating myself.

i'm a ballerina, i'm supposed to be tiny...and i'm not. i hate food, in all honesty. i have my one of my last HUGE performances in 2 weeks, but my bodices for 3 of my dances will BARELY hook because i've gained so much weight. if my costume doesnt fit, i dont get to dance. i'm in dire need of losing the weight. & dont say "oh just eat healthy & excersice" cuz i work out for a minimum of 3 hours a day but between 2-6 hours of dance, 7 days a week, and normally i eat really healthy, & i'm vegetarian on top of that & i still never lose a lb.

you are going to end up hurting yourself at 200 calories a day. try 800 calories and a lot of exercise. i was a ballerina too and exercise does a lot more for you then starving yourself
