I like it cold in my room ( I cant sleep without the noise of the fan) and I like the tv on but like volume really low and I lay in the middle or close to the wall

I can't sleep with pants on, and I can only wear socks if its REAAALLLY cold. But other than that... I have to sleep wearing a cami and panties, and semi-curled up in the top-left corner of my bed with one pillow, two comforters, and a fleece blanket, in total darkness, with some sort  of mechanical noise. (i.e, the dryer, the heater, the A/C. Etc.)
 Hahaha.
