The 2 main chemicals that depression in involves in, are dopamine and adrenaline.

But only you can create your own level of dopamine and adrenaline...

Adrenaline goes up when you are on a roller coaster doesnt it?.... So why wouldnt it go up by thinking positive thought?

To be quite honest, I never even knew what it was until I just read up about it there.

But yes, I strongly believe that its "mind over matter"

People don't become successes by sitting on there ass all day and doing nothing with there life.

They become successes, because they use "self believe".... You can achieve anything if you truely believe that you can, and any successful person would tell you the same.
