Ok well on Oct 30 i went into the hospital and i got admited for a kidney infection aka "urinary tract infection" ok so i got treated and didnt get out till that weekend on sunday. All of my pain went away ok. So Im sexually active with my fiance and i havent started my period. my last period was the 25 of oct. and im 3days late. =[ So me and my fiance bought preggo test and they came out negative. I do have preggo symptoms but can also be period symptoms like tendor breast ,nausea. So today i started getting symptoms of my 'urinary tract infection' so i took medicine.

So my question is can a urinary tract infection cause my period to be late? Im going to the gynacologist tomm but i just want some answers? Please and im asking seriously so no jerks
