OMG it's such a new thing and America is definetely the only country that's ever done it and is doing it in modern times right? OMG and we aren't like even in a war right now where we could use information gained from torture. OMG and it's like Habeus Corpus totally applies to military affairs in foreign lands. Let me get this straight.
Other countries do it, so it is ok.
Sometimes they give info(whether it is real or fake there's no way to tell), so it is ok.
It's not ON the USA, so it's ok.
And people are complaining about it, so it's ok.
