i used to do the same thing before, but now i inhale it. i have to say that its much more different than just sucking it into your mouth, but no, sucking it in to your mouth is less harmful that inhaling it.you do get light headed tho if your new to it, and its relaxing when your socialising with friends.i also am a pyromaniac ^_^
