Snack was fine and dinner was fine but breakfast was a horrible way to start the day. When you starve yourself all you are doing is damaging your body. Try scrambled egg whites with a piece of whole grain toast and half an apple for breakfast. Have your snack of yogurt and apple, lunch half of a turkey/chicken sandwich on whole wheat, another mid afternoon snack and dinner with a piece of fish/lean meat, vegetables and a piece of fruit.
Work in an hour of exercise, take a hot shower and go to bed.
A couple of weeks eating and exercise you will start to see the weight drop off. Much healthier than what you are doing.
Limit your carbs to 15-30 per meal.
