Yes. The more time they have to exclusively butcher each other the faster they'll all be dead and the problem will be solved. When they no longer have to deal with the rest of the world, they'll simply start executing each other. The only thing they should have in contact with the outside world is increasingly more devastating weapons supplied to each side.
