I learned English from school and I think I'm kinda "fluent" (I'm not so sure though.). The only "exposure" I have on the language is from reading books written in English and watching English movies. People around here speak a different language. I haven't been to any English-speaking country though. Do I count?

I haven't been to any English-speaking country too as the same as upstair one, and i dunno wheather my English is fluent or not,thats why im here lol and i really want to learn French,i have no way to learn from it though becoz all around of me peoples whom they have not a clue of the language .its a big nuisance to me to learn it><
