At work today. I hate it when I do that.

I was just trying to help this lady and she got all impatient and pissed and left.
And then my store manager got mad at me for it and made some snappy remark.

It shouldn't have been a big deal, I know. But there's been a lot of other crap going on in my life and I was going on 3 hours of sleep.

I almost cried at work last week because of a similar situation. A lot of crap had been going on, I hadn't slept well, I was completely stressed, and this one customer went to get one of my managers because she didn't trust me on the price of a DVD, and then the manager got all pissy with me saying that I needed to change the sign...and that's not even my job!
