i have no fucking clue. i just woke up today and it wouldn't open. the left side was locked up and i couldn't get it unlocked. someone told me to just force it open and ignore the pain, but fuck that.

i have tmjd, and I've never had a problem with it locking before but when i woke up today i couldn't open it more than almost an inch. i woke up from a nap around 7:30 tonight and i could open it but it's extremely sore and popping really badly, more than usual. sucks really hard.

I got my wisdom teeth out 2 weeks ago and I couldn't open my mouth enough to eat my sloppy joe :( I tried taking it apart and eating it but then I could see the onions and that doesn't fly with me. So then I squished it and everything shot out. Then I cried and threw it away. It was a bad time.

You should go see a doctor. I wouldn't try and force it because you might make it worse.
