Is there anyway dentists can tell you smoke OTHER than your teeth? Like if you smoke ocassionally, and you don't have yellow teeth or bad breath, can they still figure it out? Are there methods?

Mine's never ever brought it up and I've been smoking 4 years. I think he just likes to be polite though, seeing as he's been my dentist my entire life....
