Anything you ingest, inject, and inhale with be exposed to the fetus. Smoking weed restricts oxygen, just as cigarette smoke does, and can cause low birth weight. But, just like how drinking a few times during pregnancy won't give the baby FAS, smoking once probably won't cause too much harm. But why would you even risk it?
