I've been in this situation with my ex. We kept texting for 3 years after we broke up (after a spell-period after the break up). Honestly, it's the hardest thing...but if you honestly want to move on with your life, the only way to do this successfully is to cut all ties. Stop texting her. Don't go and see her at work. Honestly, I've been through this and it's now been 3 months since I stopped texting my ex...now I have a new fella comin my way.

You need to stop seeing her, don't see her don't talk to her for any reason, delete her number from your phone just for a while now, delete all the texts, everything about her, her email, don't leave any memories... I know it's a lil harsh but you need to do this to get over these feelings, believe me it works. Try to hang out with other people, fill your day with activities and new things to do always, travel if you can, do everything you possible can to get her off your mind.
