Your friend is probably just going through a stage. I had a friend who acted just like that when we were going into freshman year. Normally people get over it, sometimes they don't. You just have to remember people change.,,,and there's really not much you can do about it. Try talking to your friend about it, tell her about how you miss the old her and want her back. As for her saying you shouldn't wait, if you really are set on waiting then wait. There is no shame in saving your first time for someone truly special and who deserves it. I actually think you are quiet smart for wanting to wait:). Don't let people talk you out of it.
