It's all the people re-buying Xbox 360's cause their old ones broke.
Considering even a person who bought a 360 on the launch date can still claim Microsofts longgg warranty in the UK that is bullshit, that and Microsoft repair it for free and free collection/delivery - with no avoiding repairs from their customer services.
It took me 20 minutes on the phone to book a collection two days later. A courier collected it, it got sent to Germany, it was replaced. 8 days from when I rang up their support - I got a brand new 360.
