i'm a failure, btw, cause at 5'8'' and 135 i'm not thin enough to be called anorexic just EDNOS.

but the point is.
i ate almost 600 calories today.
and i hate myself.

someone bitch about perspective and tell me how much that really is to me please before i cry because it feels like the world

Listen i know that ed's can be really hard to get through, trust me I have been though it. But in the long run you will truly realize how much you are harming your body by only taking in 600 calories a day. It can cause pernament damages including ruining your metabolisim and that will cause you to gain weight easier. I know it really seems hard now but I urge you to seek help and see what it is like to live without your ednos and see how much happier you can be :)

I know exactly where you are coming from. For me, 600 is heaps but I think I went way over that today as I binged a little :(
I know I'm being a huge hypocrite right now, but 600 calories is not enough to fuel your body. You need to be eating a lot more.

Dont worry 600 is nothing! your ment to have over like 1000 a day, so dont stress it would have done barely anything do your weight, probably nothing.
