Well, I don't really know anything about your situation, but the best thing I can tell you is that only you can truly fix (for lack of a better word) yourself.

You say there is "absolutely nothing left." I highly doubt that. There are hundreds of thousands of millions of reasons to live. Think of your family and friends. Think of your future. Do you think that's "nothing?"

Start thinking positively. Think of your life as being full of potential instead of nothing. Keep yourself busy. Play sports, read, write, whatever. Just do whatever you find enjoyable, and don't say you don't think enjoy anything because that's just not true.

Why are you going to give up on something that you've lived through so much on? If therapy and meds are jokes try something else. Depression isn't something easily conquered and you stopping at those two bases is just stupid.

Have you tried doing something for yourself? Have you tried to go out and free your mind? Have you tried altering your diet to something a bit more healthy? How about your sleeping patterns, have you tried getting more sleep? Don't cut yourself short.

Depression is something you can get past and all you need to do is put in the effort to make good things happen. Saying you've ran out of options is completely bullshit when you have a goal to achieve.

It's very hard to say without knowing more about why you are depressed, but honestly, what you describe is all part of the whole disorder. Think of your depression as made up of the different areas of your life - your environment, your thoughts, your beliefs, your behaviours and finally your mood. All those  areas feed into each other and pull you down. When you feel down you do less, so you think negative thoughts, which pulls your beliefs down as you start to lose confidence and self esteem and that all pulls down your mood which means you do less and so you start all over again. You have to try and break that cycle even though it's hardest thing to do sometimes. By trying to break out of that cycle and do something - talk to a friend, go for a walk and get some exercise to change your breathing pattern and environment, play a computer game, do anythign that helps you break that pattern. Yeah it seems pointless but you have to persevere and pretend its gonna work or else it never will start to change.
