Over the past few months I've been having anxiety about moving out, I've felt sad and lonely about leaving the home I've lived in for so many years. I was thinking that everything would change, and I'd miss my parents, and blahblah.
Today, it hit me. I'm MOVING out, I'm growing up and I can do whatever I want. (: It's a great feeling. I'm so excited to have my own apartment(with my grandma, so I will only have to pay about 100 bucks a month to her for internet and rent.) I'm going to be on my own, I'm going to be going to college, and working, and shfskjahgdjg! I'm just so happy...Best feeling ever. Post edited at 6:08 pm on July 2, 2009 by Monroe

That's great! I'm going off to college in the fall and I'm really nervous about moving away from my parents, particularly my mom, because we're really close. Hopefully I'll eventually get the same feeling that you have right now!

I was the same. My mom has ALWAYS been there for me and given me everything I've ever wanted. And it's going to be SO weird to not..live in this house any where, but..I'm definitely excited. (: So many new people to meet, and new things to do. You'll get that feeling!
