Means you think you love him but you actually don't. You have strong feelings for but it's not quite love.
She might love him, it's not impossible.
I know it's not but it's also too early to be suggesting love.
I suppose but I can't really criticize her because I was in a very similar spot and am still with the same guy so I'm just going to wish her luck instead. 
I can't really say much because I think a week into my current relationship my girlfriend told me that she loved me.

Just don't think about it, don't try and classify it. You like him, you care about him, and clearly have strong feelings for him. You clearly havn't been in many relationships so now that your in one you want to hurry up and label it, just let it be what it is. Don't worry about your relationship not lasting because how your being, just enjoy being together, im sure you'll be very happy together if you just stop worrying!
