ever. About anything, in any given situation, you bite your tongue, let comments slide, never tell anyone how you feel, sit on your anger and frustration for years, it comes out sooner or later.
I can feel it brewing below the surface, this insane, jealous fury at every living thing, but mostly at myself.
I can see this isn't going to end well, LW, but I have no idea how to stop it, or even if I want to
I know most of you can't relate, but whatever. If I ever lose my mind completely, I need this to written SOMEWHERE.

I do that, I don't know if it is exactly the same though. I wonder sometimes If I am actually invisible, a lot of the time it wouldn't make a difference. I always replay the scene over again in my head, but with me actually doing or saying something, or just one day erupting and yelling at everyone or punching one of them but it will never happen. But i still don't say anything either.

You're a very depressing person.
and this really helps the situation how?

anyways, why do you do such a thing Natsy, seriously why? it's ridiculously unhealthy to always bite your tongue, and NEVER tell anyone how you feel. Why do you bottle yourself up like this? It makes no sense?

I understand letting comments slide cause "sticks and stones" but not being truthful to people cause you want to hide your emotions? It doesn't make sense

also no need to write most of livewire off cause of select idiots. "I know most of you can't relate"

YOU ARE WRONG
quite a few can relate, you will NOT lose your mind completely as long as you learn to stop bottling your emotions up and act like a normal human being

which i'm sure you can do :)

I find you can get caught up thinking about being sad that it gets worse. Thats what happens to me at least with my frustrations. Sometimes you just need to ease out, let your mind go and relax. Life is never as bad as it seems. Then you come back with a better mind set and try to change things for the better.

I should take my own advice, boo. Anyway, feel better. :)

Or
Go for a run, do push ups whatever till exhaustion using this as the energy behind it, u will burn out and won't have the energy to/ won't want to lash out
