yes. i would call it cheating. because so many people place so little value on sex these days.. people are in and out of each others beds all the time. like it's going out of style or something... the cheating part is the mental or emotional connection you have with the other person.. and you have that wheather things get physical or not. so, self esteem may be his issue.. but it's no excuse for having intimate conversations with other girls while he's in a relationship with you. he should come to you when he's feeling down about himself... just my opinion.
