Rare will be hiring designers to work on Natal-centric projects.

The Midlands-based company asked followers of their Twitter feed to apply if they have ideas for the device.

"Rare is recruiting designers. Excited by Natal? Got loads of cool new ideas? Think differently to others? Take a look on our website," the message read.

The first-party developer created the Avatar system for the New Xbox Experience, and released Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts last November.
