My girlfriend and I were at a bar, and she accidentally bumped into this other girl and spilled her drink, so the girl starts yelling at her, and my girlfriend shrugs it off. THen her boyfriend comes over and starts yelling at my girlfriend, (he was apparently drunk,) I told him to back off and he shoved me, and then he threw his beer onto my girlfriend. I shoved him, he threw a punch, and I hit him in the face a few times. and was escorted out of the bar. well, now he apparently has a couple popped blood vessels in his eye and a broken nose. can i get charged when he threw the first punch
