I would suggest one or more of the following: 1) Borrow a friend's OS disk, or obtain one from somewhere.
2) Install Linux. It works just fine like Windows, but a tiny bit more complicated. And it's free
3) Do a virus scan with avast! or AVG or some anti-virus program. It may be able to remove the virus from your computer.
4) You can go buy another OS installation disk from Walmart or somewhere.
When you do get ahold of an OS Installation disk, make sure you do a clean installation, as this will delete all user-created data, and install a fresh new system.
