Weight isnt the only determinant of anorexia. Some people have naturally fast metabolisms.

Anorexic doesn't mean being thin, i have anorexia nervosa and i am not that thin, im underweight for my height and yeah my bmi is 17.2
but anorexia is a mental ilness and u cant tell if someone has it by looking at them

She's way too thin. But that doesn't mean she has mental issues about her weight. Some girls just are thin.

I really hate how people use the term "anorexic" as an adjective to describe how someone looks.

Yes I'd say she is awfully thin, however I wouldn't take it as far as accusing her of having a severe psychological disease by her looks.
