It's just my opinion. I think she does something. It's not normal to have arms that thin in proportion to your head

wel i dont know if she is anorexic as that means she has an eating disorder and i dont know her and i dont know her eating habits bt she certainly looks anorexic and way too thin...

Being thin or underweight is totally different from having anorexia.

This is exactly right. Some one can be really thin but that doesn't necessarily mean they are anorexic.
