It makes some good points, but it does seem to be slanted.

"I'm an atheist", "I'm a scientist"... the "good" guys.

"You hate God", "You think you know it all"... the bad guys.

It seems that in order to qualify to be considered "open minded" you have to be an atheistic, scientific kind of person. Believing in God and the spiritual side of life disqualifies one from that circle... at least in the context of that video.

Any assumption of "good" or "bad" is completely applied by the audience. The creator of the video stated in the comments section that all of the example people are supposed to look either very similar or attractive (like the mystical powder girl). All they do is express their views. I don't see how that makes them bad or good.

Moreover, you do have to be scientific in order to be openminded, because being scientific is about being openminded, as stated in the video. Science is about the scientific method and rigorously attempting to falsify statements. Science is about not accepting something as fact, but simply as not being disproved... yet. That's what the creator defined as open-minded (and I happen to agree with that definition) in the first few minutes of the video.

If you don't think that's what "open-mindedness" is, that's a shame for you, because it's one that most would agree with, but in the end it means that you have a semantical problem with the video, not a serious one.
