Reset the router. Also, you may want to try "admin" for the username and/or the password. That's usually the default password to get into the router settings.
On Windows, go to start > run > cmd (Vista, open up a command prompt by going to start > and type cmd)
Then type "ipconfig /all" without quotes, and look for the default gateway. Copy it down, and type it into your internet browser.
You should be able to get to the router through this.
