Hey there, Stress is a normal part of life and we all, as humans, are forced to deal with the stresses of everyday life, and sometimes even beyond today. You seem to be someone who rarely sees stress outside of these last couple months, or your laid back style says that to me at the least. You might want to see what you can do to relieve your stresses so you can return to having a good night's sleep that you once had.
You can relieve your stresses in a number of ways one of which includes walking or running, you could attempt to things that you enjoy whenever possible, whenever you feel tense take a deep breath and relax your tense areas, take breaks during your day and after you eat, and most importantly, focus on today.
