I'm normally a pretty laid back, down to earth person. I like to do things at my own pace, I don't like to be rushed. I've been extremely stressed the past few months, to the point of working myself into panic attacks and being unable to sleep at night.

This is no fun at all. I try putting aside time to think about my problems, and then try to keep my mind empty when I go to sleep, but nothing seems to be working.

Hey there,

Stress is a normal part of life and we all, as humans, are forced to deal with the stresses of everyday life, and sometimes even beyond today. You seem to be someone who rarely sees stress outside of these last couple months, or your laid back style says that to me at the least. You might want to see what you can do to relieve your stresses so you can return to having a good night's sleep that you once had.

You can relieve your stresses in a number of ways one of which includes walking or running, you could attempt to things that you enjoy whenever possible, whenever you feel tense take a deep breath and relax your tense areas, take breaks during your day and after you eat, and most importantly, focus on today.

You will always have ways to relieve your tension and if you feel that none of the above methods or some that others may give you along the way help, you should then consider seeing someone about it. Living your life in stress is a pain and nobody should have to suck it up.
