Hey, dont stress its alright, most people would eat ten times that amount so don't stress.  Your not a fail, i have done that before expecially when i am out with people becuase i don't want to let my food issues ruin the time but i just get rid of it later...
Don't stress out about that it will do nothing to your weight, and if it did it would be so small you would hardly notice it.

and everytime i feel like i over ate. i wouldn't anything for two days (besides fruits and veggies) and excercise like crazyy.
