Okay hey guys, so i heard of this happening to one person, that their .exe file was just .ex Well I try opening the Sims 3, and I get the intro screen, I press play, and then a black screen flashes and thats it. Well I went into the folder and found that I only have one .exe file and its name is TSLHelper.exe. Now i'm kind of worried about these other two!
Sims3Launcher.ex_ and TS3.ex_ So shouldn't these files be .exe in order for the game to work? However, i know NOTHING about this computer shit, so I might mess something up if i change them? I need advice please D:

Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it first. If it doesn't work after that then return it for a refund or exchange. Better to take the safe route.

1. Try reinstalling the program.
2. If that doesn't work, try changing the file to .exe
3. Google the problem, perhaps.
