Don't work out.

Wow, you feel so tempted to cheat it's ridiculous.

idk. One thing I realized is that there has to be some physical contact in a relationship. When you are long distance with someone that is kind of impossible...

i guess that is what makes HS relationships pointless too, most of them never last at all and everybody goes in a million and one different directions.

I'm so happy I'm learning all this now. No more long distance relationships for me =). Can't do it.

Not may you feel tempted to cheat, but there be an oposite to. By only "being" with them when you can contact, you never see their flaws, and after a few months think you know everything about them and make a complete commitment, which just makes you feel insecure for doing anything with the opposite sex.

Ive seen both happen alot around me.

Or you just didn't love the other person.
If I'm in a relationship regardless of distance I don't get tempted to do anything with anyone. It's a matter of maturity and decisiveness, and most of all love (which may come later.)

Well, I never really met the person. I talked to her on the phone and webcammed so I can't really say that I loved her without actually being with her so no, I guess I didn't love her.

You have to be with the person.

Eh it's a matter of how personal you make it. I've had stronger feelings for a girl I never met in a similar situation as yours than any girl I've known in person. We talked more, connected more, etc. In the end we broke up due to trust issues, but that wasn't the fact that it was an LDR, that was all on her. So, I would definitely do a long distance relationship again, it's like you said, a matter of finding the person worth waiting for.

Ok, there is a difference between long distance relationships and internet relationships...one has a possibility of working, and the other 99% of the time will be an EPIC FAIL! I say this because i am in a long distance relationship, and in a different country. i met her in school, and we talk everyday, if only to say Hi whats up kinda thing. Just depends on how much you feel like committing to the relationship.
