If you haven't cut before, I strongly suggest you don't start if you can avoid it.  For some, it becomes harder to stop if they've tried it once.  If you can, try other ways of coping... injuring yourself because of anger towards someone else doesn't exactly solve anything, you know?  But you can try other stress reliefs... even try reading a book or just taking a cool shower.  It might help you relax a bit to a point where you at least decide to not cut yourself intentionally.
