So far I have been trying to do decent in diet and exercise. I generally have a lean pocket when I wake up and then workout. I do the eliptical for 20 mins with incline 3(not much) and resistance at 8(Burning around 135 calories every 10 mines and keeping a heart rate at 180+ after 8 mins). I then do a little lifting and sometimes bike. I plan to try and boost from 20mins to 30 mins. Generally eat pasta afterward and a lean pocket for dinner.

I have lost around 4lbs so far in 2 weeks and am trying to cut more. What stomach exercises would you recommend?

I think you should definitely add some weight resistance to that. You burn more calories at rest the more muscle you have on your body and your strength is distributed.

I would do some arm workouts as well as multiple types of crunches. Maybe invest in an exercise ball and some weights? Maybe a medicine ball on your stomache as your do crunches to increase resistance, or lay with your legs on top of your bed and your torso on the floor to do inclined crunches.

Use the floor. All i do is take some protein shakes, stretch, sit ups, push ups, some pull ups, run a mile, and then tan for 20 min. That should lose some pounds and keep ya lean and mean

So why did I do it? I could offer a million answers, all false.
The truth is that I'm a bad person, but that's going to change.
I'm going to change.

Protein shakes are horrible. Get your protein from peanut butter, nuts, meat... natural things.

I would say to change your diet. If you're already in the gym moving around, you've already started on the right track. Try eating some fruits, almonds, or eggs for breakfast. For lunch try eating a salad or sandwich. Then for dinner eat chicken breast and some veggies. In between meals, you should try to eat a small snack. I think you could easily maximize your weight loss if you ate foods that burn more easily. You'll notice once you cut out some of the foods you're eating that it will be easier to work out too since the foods you are eating burn faster.

It sounds like the exercise is working for you. The only thing I would change is maybe the processed foods that you're having. Things like Lean Pockets are most likely fairly high in sodium.

I agree.  I would definitely stay away from the Lean Pockets, and I wouldn't eat pasta daily.  It's good for you if you're going to burn off those carbs, but you should generally eat pasta the day before you work out.  It's called "Carbo-loading" and it gives you extra energy.

Eating it after your workout almost seems pointless, unless you work out everday.
