yes, but often they purposely get into situations (parties etc) and TRY to bust people for pot when they could just check and leave

and its not like theyre poor innocent people forced to enforce bad laws. thats bullshit. MOST believe the law to be some kind of god and have a really negative attitude towards drug users.
