Horse...? I can't say I have ever eaten horse meat before. :\ Surprisingly, considering I'm from the Appalachian area.

Venison is one of my favorite meats though. :P

What exactly is it...? Looks like au gratin potatoes and gravy covered meat of some kind (beef?).

I believe it's horse meat, actually. Never tried it, but I've really never been one for meat.

i can assure you it exists there too. it's not like there's a shortage on meaty horse breeds. if they're available then people will use them, as well.

It's not there.It's in europe.There are very amounts of breeds that are raised for food.
