So, I was molested by my father three years ago and... I have just now gotten over it. I have gotten over it, but not forgot it.
Earlier today, I was thinking and I realized that the main reason I hadn't gotten over this before was because I reallied on those memories. They were, all these years, the only thing that kept me connected to him.
But now.. I think that I might be able to push these memories in the back of my mind, and remember him for the father he was, and not what he did, because if I am going to remember him at all, I want it to be for something good.
