you need to do something by yourself, because if you always depend on god, and other people then not much will be done. you need to try and stop the pain being inflicted on family and friends, on your own, it will hurt and be hard, but you should do it that way, that is the right way.

I've found over the years that God can do a lot. Don't lose that faith because of what a couple of ignorant people tell you. Stay strong.

"I just need to pray and God will do the rest" Thats silly all notions of the existence or non-existence of God aside. God is good to rest your head on, but God is not good to lean your whole body on because there is a substantial chance you'll just fall over. Which is to say whatever your problem may be it would be wise to actively attempt to either create a solution to it or alleviate the pressure it has on your psyche. God does not hold everyone's hand through everything to the extent that you pray and then leave it all up to him. Chris Gardner didn't just pray to God and hope he did the rest, he prayed to God and then did everything in his power to fix his problems himself and now hes a multi-millionaire rather than homeless with a young son. Assuming Chris Gardner is a religious man. Also if you want to start feeling better a good start is to stop wishing you didn't exist, stop blaming yourself for any pain your friends have in relation to you. If you're mom somehow went out of her way to hurt them then apologize, but if they stick around through it it's their choice to and you aren't putting them through it, thats a good thing. It's a very vague post though so I can't give to much advice.
