Seriously, why alter yourself because you don't like what you look like? Someone is bound to come along and love you for what your personality/emotions are about. It shouldn't be solely on looks. For you not to have enough confidence in yourself is just a tad sad. I wouldn't recommend surgery. You can always work-out and do other things of that manner. Why change physical features you weren't born with? That's just basically showing that you are being fake and can't live with yourself. Your better than that. Have more self-confidence, and take the time to better your appearance manually. Get out and socialize, and find someone for you. Who cares whats solely on the outside? If you want surgery, that's your choice, but just be ready for the pocket-burner and the not-so-lovely possible outcome.

at least surgery will help make it so that mayabe they wont want to leave me even though im the person i am

Do I honestly really think that life is a fairy tale? Well, no. Life has so many damn twists and turns in it that it will never be perfect. We just have to make the best of things with what we have and using the opportunities that we can. Again, just because you are living and capable of talking, doesn't mean people will just be flocking towards you and wanting you. You have to have a personality. You have to appeal to someone. Most people aren't as shallow as you think and will just toss us aside because we might not look to the best of our ability. They generally dig much deeper to get to our core/root values. Surgery solves nothing. It basically shows that you are giving up, and taking the easy root out. It shows that you just want to change every inch of yourself that makes you yourself. In the end, are they really going to love the real you (which is most important) or are they going to love the appearance of someone different?
