I have been having the worst muscle spasms for years now.
(no, im not going to a doctor, because they would be useless). I am 15 years old, and im still growing.

My growing spasms are mostly based to my knees down.
I took an aspirin. but are there any other remedies that are tried and true?
Besides ipuprofen, tyenol, and those type of medicines?

If you could help me--that would be great.
thanks <3

How often do you exercise? If you do regular exercising and stretch really good before and afterward, that should help quite a bit with the spasms. Also, a healthy diet doesn't hurt either (not saying you should go on a miracle diet with the intentions of losing weight- but just following the simple Food Pyramid helps out a lot as well as eating proper proportions).

If that honestly doesn't help a bit, then it wouldn't hurt to see a doctor about it and see what they say.
