So...discussing my "depression" with my mom went exactly as I thought. |

Go anyway. Don't listen to her, seriously please don't. She doesn't know shit(no offence), and if you already tried helping yourself and it didn't work then you need to talk to someone else. I hate that she's not supporting you. It must be really hard. Would your dad or grandma give you some money to go and see a psychologist? Or is there a free one at your school or college?
I'm home schooled...another one of my mother's "brilliant" ideas. No offense taken. My dad said he'd talk to her about it...but that was ages ago. :/ I'm gonna go to him about it once I get back home...
Argh, so then it's hard because you don't get the school friend support network. Which really helps in times like these. =( I really recommend that. Don't let him put it off, it's important to you, and I think it's unfair that your mum is saying that stuff. It's only going to make you feel worse.
Oh yeah. In grade 9 when I fell apart, it was my friends that seriously helped me. It's made me feel worse alright. :P I'll talk to him asap. :)
Goodluck hon. =)
:) Thanks.
------- If I don't know you, don't add me as a friend.
