"don't believe in growing pains"

They're basically REALLY bad cramps.

Usually in peoples legs.

And they go from th ehim to the foot.

My doctor diagnosed them as growing pains.

So thats just what they're called (:

bad ones can be known as oz-good-slatus (pronouciation, not spelling lol) and is where the bone grows faster then the muscle, or vice versa, causing pain due to stretching or lack of use on muscles

painful, i used to have it
