How would you then recommend I find out for sure?  

I trust my boyfriend and he doesn't even talk to girls except now at his work since it's mostly females. He does not have a cheating history and I've known him for years before we started dating (2 years now), and I have never known him to text things like that to girls he likes, even me, not to mention he doesn't even normally text anyway.
