1) The legal age to leave home in your state is 16, in which case it's just called "leaving home" and you're using the wrong word.
2) Your state requires formal emaciation proceedings which are presided over by a judge and 'she is a cunt' is not a valid argument. In most states you are also required to prove that you are self sufficient (not "_____ says I can stay with them," if thats the case they have to file for guardianship).

You are NOT prepared. You should have a job or at least several interviews lined up before you make any rash decisions. Being prepared will always save your ass.

You better be willing to work hard in this economy, because two jobs is barely getting me by. Do you have transportation? A reliable place to live? Have you applied for any assistance? Do you have your state ID? DO HAVE ANY IDEA?

Or are you just planning to suck off society until you wise up?

There are two scenarios here:

I Have An Adult That Wants To File For GuardianShip.
So, I Can Stay With Them.
You Don't Need To Have A Reason.
As Long As You Go To School,
And Stay Out Of Trouble,
They Will Most Likely Grant Emancipation.

In virtually every state and province you can't be on welfare and emancipated unless there are instances of abuse. The point of getting emancipated is that you are mature enough to live on your own. Which is not true if you need welfare. If you can't/wont get a job and NEED to be emancipated due to abuse etc., many places will put you in foster care.

Then perhaps that's where she needs to go. If life is that hard for her then it shouldn't be a problem.

I think she'll adjust well.
