Thank you so much. This is what I was looking for in regards to a reply. LW has gone to the dogs in so many ways.

I think that I'm more scared of..Being alone while it's done I guess and too afraid to tell anyone. I've just told my girl and she's supposed to see me tomorrow so hopefully she will go with me.

A lot of women fear that feeling of being alone during the process. You will be given pain medication; sedated if you wish, and a speculum will be inserted into your vagina. You should be talked to during the whole procedure, unless you don't want to be spoken to. Your cervix will be stretched open by a series of thick rods, or, depending on preference of the person doing the procedure, you may have something inserted a day or two before the initial procedure to help stretch. From there on out your uterus will be emptied. The entire thing should take anywhere from 10 fo 15 minutes.

You could have an allergic reaction, or get an infection afterward, experience heavy bleeding. Most of the issues you can have can be treated fairly easily.

If you want the abortion, you should get it quickly. The  risk really skyrockets when you hit 20 weeks (4months).

There's risks with anything you do, of course. Lots of things could happen- but it doesn't mean they will. If she goes to someone reputable, she has a higher chance of walking out with no serious problems.

Not all of the risks are small, though, you're right. You could have damage done to your cervix, or form blood clots in your uterus. I just figured I should point out the most common ones rather than focus on what exactly the bad ones are, since she already knows that there's a certain degree of danger.

Then I think you need to take a serious look at your behavior. It's ridiculous for anyone to have three unexpected pregnancies under 20 (I'm assuming). Clearly, you aren't being careful and while it's your body and your right to do whatever, it is difficult to have much sympathy for your plight when you seem to repeat the same mistake over and over.

If you're not on birth control, it's time to take a look at some. If you are, it's time to chance what kind you're using because it's clearly not working for you. Perhaps a method that requires less maintanence?
