Now, I know that sq. means sqaure, but it doesn't say which brand to use, and a square of one brand's chocolate could be bigger or smaller than another.
Secondly, it's for a fudge cake, and regardless of the size of the square, that's not a lot of chocolate for a fucking regular chocolate cake, let alone a fudge cake.
WTF?!

You don't have any cooking chocolate stashed away anywhere in your cabinets? I once made the mistake of trying to melt down some regular chocolate... not such a great idea.

Well, the squares are usually the same from brand to brand. And is that all the chocolate called for in the recipe? no powder?

Oh really? I was thinking that they were different. But yeah, that's all that it calls for. It's a diabetic cake, but still. I'm having a really hard time finding a decent recipe for one. My aunt's in visiting, and heard that I'm a decent cook so she asked me to make her a chocolate cake.
Her birthday is tomorrow, and I'm trying to find a recipe for what I'm gonna make, so I can go shopping for the ingredients.

Typically, one square of unsweetened chocolate is equal to one ounce.
