I need Directx Runtime update to see if it will let me run a certain PS2 emulator...

but I can't find it anywhere, and one I did find and download didn't fucking work!!

please help??

I presume you are trying to use PCSX 2? I am currently using it to play Final Fantasy 10, it works acceptably, provided your computer is reasonably fast, it seems.
