Tuffy, if you have an issue with specific support leaders and their abilities, then feel free to state them here and now.  Otherwise you are just making yourself look like a really annoying whiner.

Caitlin, get off your high horse.  I thought it was a guideline not a rule.  Yes you are a special case in that you came in doing everything right, but I should have made you wait a few more days.  Someone already stated you weren't what this thread was about, then you said afterwords "Me and the mod who promoted me are who this thread is about" when you were wrong.

I think tuffy knows who she is talking about, and I am sure she/whoever else participated in bringing this thread into being will give names and why they are not pulling their weight.

Honestly, our support leaders are pretty awesome and we're all pretty supportive as a whole (which is obviously expected). We have new members as SLs, big whoop, it's nothing new; we've always had it that way. When members who intend to be SLs show their merit to the moderation team, and are approved, who are you and I to question their worth publicly? As a couple of members have said, if you're going to say a this publicly, be direct and say names. Let's all remember, we were promoted on our past and potential to be supportive to the site and to help people beyond the forums. I'm honestly just happy he's not trying to pass off a two-three sentence eHelp as being okay, personally.

This didn't require a topic, imho.

I think it's great that a lot of people are trying to become one. That means there's more people to answer when they pile up. I don't usually see a poorly written response. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

There are some people who are obnoxious on the regular forums but provide good advice on the eHelps. I guess that's rare, but maybe that's what you mean.
