Okay so i can't pick what to have for lunch...
its either...

1) Roast chicken noodles. (high cal)

2) Macaroni cheese (high fat and cal)

3) Mashed potatoes and baked beans (i had this yesterday..)

4) 3 boiled egg whites (im not so gd at making them..)

5) Pizza (Takes 25 min..)

6) a apple

7) Vegetarian chicken pieces with mashed potatoes

8) Soup

Blah i can't decide :(
Everything is high in calories or fat :( or carbs.
it sucks.

Soup :) because its healthy... heinz tomato soup is only 68 calories I think :)

.. depends on what your plan to eat later.. if your having dinner then I would just have something small now :)

Have one boiled egg and two boiled egg whites. When they're ready mash them all up (you could add a little spice or low fat mayo or whatever). It's quite filling, low in calories, fat and carbs. I suppose you could just have 3 boiled egg whites but one full egg just adds a bit more flavour. Follow it with an apple.
